Do you have a drive for precision and desire to work independently or with a team to achieve a goal? The Mortgage Servicing Associate role provides the challenge and opportunity to complete essential business tasks. Detail-oriented individuals with the ability to multi-task are typically most successful. This role involves in-office desk work with a flexible work schedule between the hours of 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities- Complete annual and interim escrow analysis processing
- Facilitate annual escrow statement and mortgage billing statement mailings
- Review and complete escrow refund requests
- Ensure timely monthly mortgage insurance payments and terminations
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Detail-oriented
- Effective multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills preferred)
High School or better.
