** Under direct supervision, ensure the proper distribution of revenue obtained from the production of minerals as well as the continued maintenance and accuracy of the mineral ownership in company wells.

* Job Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Include but are not limited to
** Analyze leases, contracts, title opinions, operating agreements and legal documents to calculate a royalty owner’s division of interest for purposes of payment of proceeds and a working interest owner’s billable share of the burdens
* Review title documentation and update/transfer record title ownership internally
* Receive, review, and process documentation prompting a change in an owner’s payment or billing status
* Assess requests and documentation received to modify ownership interests in joint interest billing, revenue and land decks
* Analyze and process accounting directives
* Research new owner setup information
* Investigate and resolve quality control reports
* Research and resolve discrepancies related division orders received for internal company owners against system and prepare for signature by management or escalate for review by others
* Research and resolve complex quality control reports, decimal discrepancies and title issues
* Participate in acquisitions and divestitures and perform all necessary division order analyst work

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree
* No experience required
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Basic knowledge of Oil and Gas practices and policies and can apply that knowledge directly to your daily responsibilities
