We’re looking for a Tax Manager
. Someone who’s ready to take ownership of our tax offering, meet directly with clients, and eventually build out a team. This isn’t a “heads-down, grind-out-returns only” kind of role. We aren’t interested in the way the industry does it currently. It’s about thoughtful planning, meaningful conversations, and using technology to make the process smoother for everyone. Above all, it’s about the human being in front of you.

We also will not be offering tax services to the public. We are only offering tax work to our clients.

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns with accuracy and care.
• Lead client meetings to discuss tax strategy and planning.
• Develop proactive tax strategies that integrate with broader financial plans.
• Use tech tools (including AI platforms) to streamline workflows and boost efficiency.
• Stay current on tax laws and help clients make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with our financial planning team to deliver a seamless client experience.

• CPA or EA preferred, but we’re open to experienced accountants with strong tax skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Tech-savvy and open to new tools that make life easier for everyone.
• Can handle crypto transactions and tax work
• Strong communicator who can explain complex topics in simple terms.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a sense of humor.
• Must be located in the Oklahoma City Metro Area.
