The Electronic Services Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties within Electronic Services Department (E-Branch). Handles processing, inquiries, and adjustments for plastic cards, mobile banking, and various electronic services/products.
Who You Are- A collaborative individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to read and interpret loan documents and related regulations, policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to organize and prioritize workflow.
- Knowledge of Windows based software and other applications.
- Able to perform intermediate mathematical functions.
- Resolve account holder issues related to card adjustments, usage, disputes, and lost or stolen cards.
- Assist with opening online accounts.
- Serve as backup for other department duties.
- Work with branches on ATM-related issues.
- Answer online banking and card inquiries.
- 2 years' experience in a financial institution or lending environment required.
- Digital banking experience helpful.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Any combination of education, training or experience providing required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform essential job functions.
