Overview
Full Time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Handle assets of deceased customers and proper reporting per regulatory requirements.
- Process requests from third parties for the release of bank information in accordance with federal and state financial privacy acts.
- Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international collection items.
- Perform account maintenance check back.
- Perform scanning/archiving of account documentation.
- Back up for Daily review and processing of unposted items and return items.
- Will be cross-trained on various positions in the department.

REQUIREMENTS- Customer service oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
- Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented with good decision making skills.
- Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.
- Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
- Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
- 2+ years of banking experience.
- Constant use of computer screens.
- Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.
- Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.
- Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.
- Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds.
