POSITION INFORMATION:Oversee administrative tasks related to electronic payment services, including share drafts, ACH, and wire transactions. Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain updated procedures, and support branches, members and internal teams with electronic payment inquiries.
Who You Are:- Ability to analyze and interpret documents such as regulations, and internal policies.
- Proficiency in intermediate mathematical concepts, including decimals, percentages, and fractions.
- Strong written and verbal communication, ability to draft professional reports and correspondence.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with members, external parties and colleagues in courteous and professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; advanced capabilities in core financial software applications.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update procedures accordingly to ensure compliance.
- Resolve account discrepancies in timely and professional manner, handle inquiries, adjustments, and related correspondence.
- Manage unposted errors and exception items efficiently.
- Execute tasks associated with additional programs as assigned.
- Act as resource for branch, provide guidance on electronic payment service-related inquiries.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience with financial institution; experience with electronic payments.
- Experience working for Financial Institution highly preferred.
- AAP certification helpful, but we re open to supporting certification for selected candidate.
- HS Diploma or GED; combination of education/experience supporting required competencies.
