CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Oklahoma Medicaid Finance team. This role will collaborate with finance, accounting, and operational business partners to help the local market achieve its financial and strategic goals.

• Supporting the accounting month end close process.
• Payment processing and reconciliation.
• Preparing both internal CVS Health and external State financial reporting.
• Assisting the Health Plan with development of the budget and forecast.
• Performing financial analysis in support of business initiatives.

• 1+ years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• 1+ years of experience of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (can be through education)

• Ability to work independently and to multitask under tight deadlines
• Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, Ariba
• Experience working for a large public company
• Knowledge of health insurance industry terminology and concepts
• Comfortable speaking to Senior Management and Executive Leadership

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics is preferred.

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $43,888.00 - $76,500.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
