Regional Controller

We are seeking a Regional Controller to support operational and financial leadership across multiple manufacturing and distribution sites in the South Central region. This role partners closely with the VP/GM and corporate finance to drive performance, cost control, and data‑driven decision‑making at the plant level.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the financial partner to regional operations leadership
- Oversee month‑end close, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Drive cost savings, margin improvement, and operational insights
- Support plant leaders with clear, actionable financial reporting
- Ensure financial consistency across multiple locations
- Plant‑level finance experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Strong operational mindset with hands‑on plant exposure
- Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Amtech a plus)
- Ability to translate operational data into clear financial insights
