Location: Anywhere in Country

• Coordinate day‑to‑day client interactions and review staff work product.
• Drive delivery of services to meet deadlines and manage engagement economics.
• Develop and deliver quality tax planning approaches and timely, responsive services.
• Continuously build technical competence by staying current on trends, developments, and legislation.

• Understanding of complex commercial real and personal property tax concepts and application of knowledge to client situations.
• Deliver quality tax planning approaches with timely and responsive services that exceed client expectations.
• Identify and provide opportunities for tax planning and other special services.
• Prepare practical approaches to client tax situations and reach appropriate conclusions.

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant property tax consulting experience or equivalent.
• CPA or JD credential.
• Broad exposure to state and local taxation.
• Excellent managerial, organizational, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• Proven record in a professional services environment.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Competitive base salary range: $105,100 – $192,600 (US) and $126,100 – $218,900 for key metro areas.
