The Staff Accountant reports directly to the head of the Finance department, working closely to complete the daily tasks required.

• General Ledger Management
• Assisting in Close and Financial Reporting Process
• Revenue and Expense Recording
• Bank Deposits, Verification, and Reconciliation (as separation of duties allows)
• Audit, Grant, and Compliance Support

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, non-profit preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity or international nonprofit/business structures strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., Quick Books Enterprise, Sage Intacct) and advanced Excel or financial modeling tools.
• Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

• Financial and strategic leadership in complex, multi-entity or international organizations.
• Deep expertise in GAAP, audits, compliance, and multi-currency financial management.
• Excellent analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills with strong data visualization capability.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and board-level presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high integrity in stewarding resources.
