• Originate all types of residential, secondary market loans
• Attain monthly closed loan volume
• Complete customer consultation with every loan application
• Complete application thoroughly and export file to processing
• Responsible for obtaining some types of documentation on loan applications
• Ensure all compliance documentation is provided to applicants
• Responsible for decision-critical communication with applicants
• Maintain Realtor and Builder Call Program
• Conduct outside calls to develop lending market
• Engage in community involvement
• Support bank locations and other assigned branches as requested
• Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance

• Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in the mortgage industry or other finance-related industry
• Bilingual (fluent Spanish)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Work well in stressful situations to meet deadlines
• Possess excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrate an independent working attitude within a team framework

• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 years relevant experience

• Constant use of computer screens
• Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
• Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
• Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
• Ability to lift and/or move and carry 5 pounds
