Someone responsible for day-to-day analysis and research of loan regulations with regards to specific transactions. Someone to communicate with lenders and admin assistants that have questions about specific transactions as well as general loan policy questions.

• You possess excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• You can pay close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• You can work in fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Prepare, review, and deliver required disclosures for Consumer Real Estate transactions.
• Review and report applicable transactions that are subject to Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA)
• Assist Frontline staff regarding regulatory requirements, RCB Bank loan policy, and procedural questions.

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or minimum one (1) year of banking experience

• Previous Consumer Real Estate and/or regulatory experience
