Treasury Management Manager – Oklahoma City (Western)

Equity Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Manager to lead a team of analysts and deliver exceptional consultative sales support and relationship management to small‑business and commercial clients. The role requires strong treasury product expertise, sales acumen, and the ability to manage daily operations and client engagements.

Job Type: Full‑Time / Salary
Location: Oklahoma City, OK (On‑Site)

• Oversee daily production of the Treasury Management Analyst team.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and documentation is accurate.
• Resolve internal and external client issues and provide technical support.
• Act as liaison among Treasury Management Officers (TMO), Treasury Management Analysts (TMA), and Treasury Services team members, communicating product, service, and SLA changes.
• Drive new sales opportunities by identifying client and prospect treasury management needs.
• Build and develop customized treasury management solutions for small business and commercial clients.
• Manage day‑to‑day ACH, Wire, and Remote Deposit limit needs/risk assessment in accordance with policies.
• Support relationship review analysis and enterprise treasury modeling.
• Provide ongoing product training to bank clients and bank personnel.
• Collaborate with Treasury Services and Deposit Operations on product features, enhancements, pricing, and bundling strategies.
• Develop and implement share‑of‑wallet and onboarding strategies for new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate activity records in Connect CRM and train analysts and retail partners on expectations.

• 5+ years of Treasury Management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the banking industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and retention skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Time‑management and problem‑solving abilities in a professional, timely manner.
• Proactive follow‑through on issue resolution and client needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Sales or marketing experience desirable.
• Travel up to or exceeding 50% may be required.
