LHH is partnering with our Oklahoma City based financial services client to fill a Credit Analyst position on their Commercial Lending team! This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to assess and manage credit risk while supporting the bank’s loan portfolio growth.

• Analyze financial statements, collateral, and industry data to evaluate large commercial loans.
• Underwrite new and renewal loans while reviewing existing portfolios for credit risk.
• Spread and interpret income statements and balance sheets for efficient portfolio management.
• Assist in training junior credit analysts.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA a plus).
• Experience in credit analysis, loan review, or commercial banking preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, cash, tax-based) and financial statement analysis.
• Knowledge of loan policies, regulations, grading, and documentation procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and core banking software.
