Customer Service Rep
Overview
As a Call Center Service Appointment Coordinator, you will answer and make phone calls, texts, online chats, and emails from customers interested in servicing a vehicle at your car dealership. Topics to discuss include open safety recalls, vehicle concerns to repair, and informing customers of necessary maintenance. You are often the first point of contact with potential customers, answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.
Pay is $2500-$5000 monthly. Variance based on individual productivity and performance.

- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work effectively with customers, and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

Physical RequirementsThe physical requirements of the position are MEDIUM in intensity. Must be able to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time. Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision comparable necessary to drive vehicles safely. Constant - Reaching, sitting, standing, walking, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing. Frequent - Repetitive motion. Occasional - Balancing, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 20 lbs.
PhysicalWorking Conditions
This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including but not limited to temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts associated with operating an auto dealership.
