YOUR ROLE

  KPIs/trends are in line with targets and seasonality, reporting to Business Manager
• Marketing: creation of a monthly CRM calendar for Casino & Sports, oversee the daily delivery of all CRM & VIP campaigns and daily evaluation of campaigns
• Define internal & external technical needs to execute profitable CRM campaigns
• Acquisition: weekly alignment with acquisition team to ensure good performance and budget control of each operation
• Monitor gaming activity and player behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, collaborating with Casino team on the games & verticals positioning.
• Deal with game providers to get exclusive games and reach the best agreements for casino promotions
• Daily operational meeting with all local stakeholders to guarantee operational efficiency
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns aimed at increasing player engagement and retention, guaranteeing execution by the CRM team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, compliance, and customer service, to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Build bridges with land-based operations and international sponsor ships to support CRM campaigns
• Partial P&L owner

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or marketing
• You have aproven experience in a market, commercial, or operational role within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or a highly regulated digital environment
• Your are highly operational, hands-on, and comfortable managing day-to-day performance
• You havestrong analytical skillsand is confident working with KPIs, trends, and performance reporting
• You have experience with
  
  CRM, promotions, and player lifecycle management
• You are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally
• You havestrong negotiation skillsand experience dealing with external partners or suppliers
• You have a solid understanding ofplayer behavior, retention mechanics, and value segmentation
• You are fluent in Dutch(spoken and written) and inEnglish. French is a plus.
• You have a strong understanding of the Dutch marketandplayer expectations.
