Building Science and Infrastructure Group Manager

Responsibilities

ECS is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our Southwest Building Science and Infrastructure team in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role, you'll oversee operations related to building enclosure, structural systems, due diligence and/or building code compliance throughout Oklahoma and surrounding metro areas. If you have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the drive to grow a department, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* Develop, lead, and manage a team of engineers, architects and project managers, fostering professional growth and technical excellence

* Oversee all operations related to Building Envelope, Structural Systems, Due Diligence and/or Building & Code Compliance. Projects may involve:

* Manage projects from inception to completion, including proposal preparation, technical report reviews, and departmental P&L performance

* Drive business development by building and maintaining strong client relationships and leading marketing initiatives in this market sector

* Partner with internal recruiting team to attract, hire, and retain top talent, ensuring the group remains staffed for success

Qualifications

* B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred

* 8+ years of experience related to building envelope consulting
