## Systems Engineer (Sys Architecting, Requirements & Interfaces)
* Apply systems thinking to understand big picture and inter-relationships of all Systems Integration activities – apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
* Integrate and manage Systems Engineering deliverables (functional analysis, requirements, safety analysis, etc.) with Systems maturity plans
* Integrate and resolve cross-functional technical issues across Systems IPT and other engineering domains
* Develop the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, development assurance processes, risk and opportunity management, and systems maturity planning
* Develop and maintain relationships with peers, stakeholders, partners, and team members within and outside organization
* Support FAA and Military Certification
* Mentor and coach (ensuring team understands & executes Boeing processes, ensuring quality of all the team's internal/external deliverables)
* Travel periodically to support customer and supplier meetings
* Utilize Model Based Systems Engineering Tools (MSOSA, CAMEO, Rhapsody, DOORS, 3DX, etc.)
* Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) degree from an accredited program in a math- or science-based discipline such as engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
* Minimum of 9 years of related work experience
* Experience in ICD development, functional / logical architecture, requirements development, specification development, system functions and SSOW development.
* Experience in System Architecture Development and Modeling tools (CAMEO/MSOSA, Rhapsody)
* Experience in Requirements Management and tools (i.e. IBM DOORs)
* Experience in verification & validation of requirements
* Experience in risk, issue, and opportunity management
* Experience project engineering and executing system design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
* Experience in systems integration and test including lab integration, ground test, and flight test
* Experience in Airworthiness and Certification (such as FAA, EASA, or Military)
* INCOSE Certification
* Experience with mentoring and leading other engineers
* Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and leadership.
* Ability to collaborate with team members and create plans for executing on deliverables
