Manufacturing Engineer

We are recruiting for a growing industrial leader in OKC that needs a Manufacturing Engineer who hates sitting at a desk.

You will be the technical authority on the production floor. This role isn't just about spreadsheets; it’s about tearing down mechanical assemblies to figure out why they failed, then designing the custom tooling and processes to build them back better than new.

• Analyze & Tear Down: Get hands-on with incoming cores. Perform root cause analysis to determine failure modes, wear patterns, and salvage criteria.
• Design & Build: Design custom jigs, fixtures, and tooling using CAD (Solid Works/AutoCAD) to make the assembly line safer and faster.
• Define the Process: Create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical work instructions that translate complex engineering into simple steps for the floor.
• Solve Problems: Be the "First Responder" for production. If a fixture breaks or a process bottlenecks, you are the one solving it in real-time.
• Own the Data: Manage BOMs and reverse-engineer specs for components where OEM data is missing or incomplete.

• The Background: BS in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering + 2 years of hands-on experience.

  Strong proficiency in 3D CAD and GD&T.
• The Hands: You must be comfortable with a wrench and caliper. We need someone who understands how mechanical systems fit, wear, and fail.
