We are seeking a hands-on Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer for our client, a rapidly scaling advanced manufacturing company developing a next-generation facility focused on complex materials and precision components. Their innovations support critical sectors such as electric vehicles, renewable energy, and advanced electronics, helping to strengthen domestic manufacturing capabilities.

As the Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining advanced electrical and control systems within a highly automated manufacturing environment. This role offers exposure to a wide range of process technologies and equipment, providing opportunities to tackle unique technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for advanced manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system, instrumentation, and automation issues to minimize downtime
• Perform diagnostics, system analysis, and testing to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment operation
• Develop and oversee execution of preventative maintenance tasks for electrical and instrumentation systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and equipment enhancements
• Develop technical documentation, including schematics, manuals, and reports

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field, with hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong skills in PLC programming, control systems, and instrumentation technologies are important. Familiarity with industrial safety standards and system design tools is a plus.
