In our Advanced Manufacturing Group, we bring innovative HVAC design solutions to heavy industrial clients. As a key member of our Building Mechanical team, you will work alongside multidisciplinary engineers to deliver cost-effective, transformative projects while ensuring the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks.

• Design and layout of HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
• Develop conceptual and preliminary design documents, including sizing calculations, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and general arrangements.
• Prepare final construction documents for chilled water, cooling water, and related systems.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to meet client needs and project objectives.

• At least ten (10) years’ experience in the design of HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design.
• Adaptability to work within a fast‑paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate remotely with the project team.

• Software experience in AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.
• Experience in the design of plumbing/utility systems.
