Engineering Manager – Packaging Integration

• Lead the design, sourcing, integration and commissioning process for large packaging systems.
• Manage the project scope, cost, schedule, and risk, and communicate with customers and vendors.
• Mentor younger engineers, supervising them to help them grow even if they are not part of a specific project.
• Take total ownership responsibility for projects from start to finish, making decisions, coaching junior engineers, and ensuring successful delivery.
