Position:Experienced Systems Engineering Technician (Cybersecurity/LISSO)
Location: Oklahoma City, OK – 100% onsite.
Shift: 1st Shift.

- Support systems/specialty engineers in defining requirements, developing trade studies, performing analyses, and controlling associated data and information.
- Gather, track, and analyze reliability, maintainability, and health monitoring data.
- Select appropriate data to conduct failure analysis and corrective action planning.
- Evaluate and recommend methods, processes, procedures, and tools for assessing maintainability characteristics of design.
- Coordinate development of certification and aviation regulatory proposals and plans, verifying compliance to requirements.
- Develop and implement certification processes, tools, and procedures.
- Provide technical support to all system engineering activities.
- Coach and mentor others.
- Work under minimal direction.
Security Clearance: Active Secret Security Clearance required (U.S. Citizenship required). A clearance active in the past 24 months is considered active.
Export Control: This U.S. based position requires U.S. Person status as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.62. No visa sponsorship.
Basic Qualifications- Information Security experience.
- 2+ years of experience with Systems Engineering principles.
- Experience working with internal, external, and/or Government customers directly.
- Experience maintaining cybersecurity controls for assigned systems to meet enterprise requirements, policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline and 2+ years of experience.
- Experience with System Engineering requirements and security verifications.
- Ability to lead by influence outside formal reporting relationships.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. - Great communications and writing skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams at multiple organizational levels in dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Critical thinking skills; ability to work in agile, flexible team environment.
- CompTIA certification.
- Summary pay range: $74,800 - $101,200.
- Competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.

- Relocation assistance not available. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
- Travel up to 5% of the time.
