Senior Transportation Engineer

Opportunities:
Lead the design of transportation infrastructure projects, manage a team of junior designers, drive business development and build relationships with the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and local municipalities.

• Lead the design and delivery of transportation projects from concept through ribbon‑cutting.
• Mentor and manage junior designers and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with MoDOT, DOTs in other states, municipalities and consultants.
• Develop proposals and business development opportunities in the high‑growth market.
• Apply advanced design techniques, BIM methodology and innovative solutions to meet client expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in civil, transportation or related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Missouri or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience designing transportation infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of highway design standards, project development, design‑build and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership and business development skills.
• Experience with BIM and BIM execution plans a plus.
