Senior Electrical Engineer – Dallas Regional Operations Center

The Dallas Regional Operations Center is looking for a licensed Senior Electrical Engineer to lead a variety of projects, including the design of double‑ended substations and other facility‑level electrical systems.

Qualifications:

• Licensed electrical engineer with proven experience in utility company coordination, AC power distribution, grounding, lighting, generators for backup power, UPS systems and surge protection.
• Complete knowledge of power distribution design, medium voltage and below.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and networking skills.
• Ability to recruit, develop and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the electrical component of multi‑disciplinary projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
• Develop and maintain design standards, drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff and interns.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
