• Assist in the transition of projects from sale to mobilization, ensuring continuity and proper handoff of project details
• Support coordination with Field Operations and project stakeholders to maintain alignment on project schedules and deliverables
• Monitor project budgets and support adherence to invoicing and approval processes
• Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide regular updates on project progress, budget status, and scheduling to internal and external teams

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience managing the construction/installation of mechanical, electrical, and energy efficiency projects
• Basic understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing is required
• Familiarity with construction drawings, plans, and terms
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• CAPM certification or PMP-in pursuit is preferred
• Familiarity with HVAC, energy retrofits, or controls-based projects is a major focus
• Prior experience with project coordination or construction management software such as Procore
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders while delivering excellent customer service
