Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. The physician will diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventative care and patient education
. This role includes on-call responsibilities and overtime opportunities
, requiring flexibility to meet patient and clinic needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups.

Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and preventative health conditions.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Perform routine health screenings, physical exams, and wellness checks.

Prescribe medications and coordinate care with specialists and healthcare teams.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide urgent patient care as needed.

Be available for overtime shifts when required to support clinic operations.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

Active medical license in the state of practice.

ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a primary care setting preferred.

Strong ability to build patient relationships and provide compassionate care.
