Associate Medical Planner

Haskell’s new Associate Medical Planner will have the support of a robust design and consulting team while leveraging their own expertise to provide best‑in‑class solutions.

• The Associate Medical Planner will compile and evaluate facility data to develop strategies and solutions that add value for clients.
• The position requires an understanding of site and facility design, planning, and programming as well as industry sources of information and benchmarks.
• Develop floor‑plan concepts that respond to clinical operations, industry trends, technology development, and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the conceptual ability to excel in macro‑design and the interpersonal skills to collaborate early and often with clients.
• Provide a trusted consultant role once the stage is set, continuing to interact with clients to understand needs and put together the best possible solution.
• Work with the healthcare consulting arm of Haskell and other service lines as part of a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

• Experience in medical planning helping clients understand space requirements, master facility planning and the big picture.
• Understanding of clinical operations and ability to develop floor‑plan concepts that align with industry standards and trends.
