Overview
Full-Time Teller / Member Service Representative
Monday - Friday: 7:45 a.m.
- 6:15 p.m. (8-hour shift within timeframe)
Saturdays: 8:45 a.m.
- 1:15 p.m.
Bilingual Preferred - Spanish/English
Bilingual Bonus
A completed application is required for consideration of employment.
Role:
To assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties of this job.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- 55% Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders and VISA gift cards to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed.
- 15% Balances cash drawer and daily transactions.
- 5% Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service.
- 5% Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone.
- 5% Cross-sells credit union services.
- 5% Other duties as assigned.
- Attendance is an essential function of performing the duties of this job.
