SCOPE OF POSITION:The
Customer Service Coordinator plays a vital role in the daily operations of the company. This team-oriented professional will be responsible for seamless communication between our customers, vendors, subcontractors, and employees. The role focuses on external customer experience, scheduling, dispatch, and contract coordination to ensure efficient operations and a high level of service. This position manages maintenance contracts, incoming calls, parts ordering, and scheduling critical functions that keep our business progressing.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer Scheduling
- Manage maintenance contracts and schedule all jobs with customers and subcontractors.
- Respond promptly to service calls, providing updates on earliest availability.
- Audit maintenance contracts to ensure compliance with services agreed upon.
- Schedule all work orders at least two weeks in advance whenever possible.
- Dispatch service tickets and required information to technicians in advance of appointments.
- Perform daily 3 PM check-ins with field technicians to confirm work progress and readiness for the next day.
- Schedule subcontractors as needed and ensure compliance with customer contract terms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling updates, changes, and confirmations.
- Uphold communication standards that reflect Oklahoma Chiller’s commitment to transparency, reliability, and exceptional service.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to prioritize and complete work activities efficiently.
- Ability to navigate through stressful situations with critical thinking and patience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in communications or a related area preferred.
- Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or service coordination in a customer-focused environment.
- $22-$30/hr + OT (Based on experience)
