Job Description:
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Customer Service Specialists to join their team. As a representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with identifying available programs. This role involves interacting with customers over the phone in a call center environment, providing empathetic support, and guiding them through available options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and offering assistance with any concerns.
- Evaluate customers' situations to determine eligibility for various assistance programs.
- Walk customers through the application process for relief programs.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and financial assessments.
- Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Meet performance targets for call handling, customer satisfaction, and program enrollment.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex information in a clear, empathetic manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess financial information effectively.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive customer information.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Full-time, in office position.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
