• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, and able to provide a first-rate customer experience
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

* High School Diploma; previous customer service experience is helpful.

* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, courteous service to customers
• Answer questions regarding policies
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify customer needs regarding their policies
• Follow up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Participate in marketing initiatives for new business
• Maintain a neat work area and office
• Perform FNOLs (vehicle inspections)
• Take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Handle bank deposits
• This is a full-time position
