Day To Day as a Commercial Walls & Ceiling Project Manager

As a new Commercial Walls & Ceiling Project Manager at Higgins Group, Inc., you will start each day with a focus on effective leadership and diligent project oversight. Your daily responsibilities will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring quality carpentry work aligns with project specifications. You can expect to engage in regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly, fostering a collaborative working environment.

Daily meetings will help you stay aligned with team goals and client expectations. Your working hours will typically be Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., although flexibility is key. Weekends and overtime will be approved as needed, allowing you to adapt to project demands while ensuring successful delivery on commercial projects. This role requires you to be proactive and detail-oriented, embracing a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction.
