We’re seeking a Skilled Foreman with strong experience in commercial drywall and metal framing to lead jobsite crews across projects in Oklahoma City, Kansas, Arkansas, South Dakota and Dallas
. This role demands a hands‑on leader who can plan, organize, and manage all aspects of onsite production — ensuring safety, quality, and daily goals are consistently met.
- Lead and coordinate daily field operations in alignment with project schedules and requirements.
- Communicate job expectations, safety standards, and work assignments to crew members.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA standards and company safety protocols.
- Manage material and manpower needs, monitoring productivity vs. plan daily.
- Supervise installation of metal framing, drywall hanging, and finishing activities.
- Maintain accurate daily production logs, timecards, and jobsite documentation.
- Oversee equipment and tool inventories; ensure proper use and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and ensure safety compliance at all times.
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for field personnel and company leadership.
- Train and mentor crew members, setting a standard for productivity and quality.
- 3–5+ years of field experience in commercial drywall and framing with demonstrated leadership ability.
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents, plans, and specifications.
- Solid knowledge of construction safety policies & OSHA requirements
. - Technical proficiency with common jobsite software (e.g., Procore, Plan Grid) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to drive performance and maintain crew morale.
- Physically capable of performing and supervising jobsite activities in various conditions.
- A professional attitude with attention to detail and ability to solve field-level challenges.
