PECK Commercial Construction is an experienced commercial general contractor and construction manager focused on projects for both public and private clients in Central Oklahoma. We work collaboratively with owners and architects to provide excellent service and high quality preconstruction and construction phase services. Our projects include renovations, expansions, remodels, small repairs, and new construction on faith based, office, retail, healthcare, non profits, and schools.
ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent located in Oklahoma City, OK. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include managing construction schedules, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining a high culture of safety, and ensuring effective communication among project stakeholders.
The Superintendent will play a key role in problem-solving and troubleshooting on-site issues as they arise.
- Expertise in onsite management of commercial construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Strong knowledge of Safety Standards, Building Codes, and Construction Regulations
- Excellent Leadership, Team Management, and Communication Skills
- Proficiency with Construction Management Software and Tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, plans, and drawings
- Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities under pressure
- Prior experience in commercial construction projects is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or coursework in construction management or a related field preferred
- Commitment to maintaining job site safety and quality standards
