Superintendent - Highway Asphalt

Looking for an experienced Superintendent with heavy highway, grading, and paving experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top‑notch, well‑established, growing construction organization with great growth potential.

Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $/yr

• BS Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years prior Project Management experience within Heavy Highway Asphalt
• Familiar with grading, paving (asphalt and concrete), and all other highway construction scopes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project fiscal responsibility
• Shown ability to work with all federal, state, and local governments
• Strong prioritization, organizational and detail oriented skill set
• Some travel may be required
