Quality Assurance Construction Inspector

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Construction Inspector to perform construction quality assurance services for the Modernization at Tinker AFB. The Inspector will review construction submittals, monitor construction progress, and maintain accurate records of project progress.

Responsibilities include:

• Review construction submittals to validate contract compliance
• Monitor construction progress and recommend progress payments
• Maintain a log of all site inspections and prepare construction progress reports
• Keep accurate and detailed written records of project progress
• Maintain a daily diary of all events and submit to the CO and COR
• Perform other duties as needed

Preferred qualifications include:

• Ability to obtain DoD base access with common access card
• 5 years of construction experience
• Completed a professionally accredited QC management course
• Experience with industrial/process construction
• Relevant industry certifications
• Technical school or Associate's degree
• Ability to interpret construction schedules

Required qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or 8 years of relevant experience)
• 5 years of experience
• Proficient with MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
