• Accountable for product lines’ strategy, roadmaps, intake, backlog, business case, stories.
• Create and maintain prioritization of work for product lines.
• Meet & manage interested parties expectations and build partnerships with cross functional teams.
• Work closely with Capability Owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog.
• Manage product lines based on data with measurable results.
• Present complex information, issues, processes, and potential solutions in an organized and summarized fashion to leadership, interested parties, and team members alike.

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Owner in Software Development or Technical Implementations.
• 10+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Familiar and effective in working with Live Chat, Chatbot, and High Velocity Sales/Client Success experience.
• Salesforce & Agile Certifications
• Data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
