This role will oversee Account Executives, with a focus on driving net-new business in the payroll solutions market. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership and coaching skills, and a proven track record in high-performance inside sales environments.
** Key Responsibilities
** Own team responsibilities in sales for their payroll division, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.

- Required Qualifications Strong proficiency with Salesforce and Dialpad; ability to leverage these tools for reporting and coaching.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

- Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire to exceed targets.
