With strong customer demand, expanding product lines, and significant investment in people, equipment, and systems, we are now seeking a transformational operations leader to take this business to the next level.

Your Impact

As Senior Director of Operations - Condiments, you will have full responsibility for safety, quality, service, cost, and people across Winland's Condiments manufacturing network. You will lead several high-volume plants producing sauces, dressings, syrups, and marinades for some of the most demanding customers in the industry.

You Will Do

• Lead a High-Performance Manufacturing Network:
  Provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple condiment manufacturing sites;
  Ensure world-class performance in safety, food safety, quality, service, and cost;
  Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement
• Deliver Operational Excellence:
  Drive plant-to-plant consistency;
  Improve reliability, throughput, and asset utilization;
  Lead packaging, quality, and sanitation excellence
• Own Customer Service & Growth:
  Ensure on-time, in-full delivery;
  Support new product launches, seasonal demand surges;
  Strengthen Winland's reputation
• Drive Financial Performance:
  Deliver cost savings, productivity improvements, margin expansion;
  Optimize labor, materials, overhead;
  Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial teams
• Build the Leadership Pipeline:
  Coach and develop Plant Managers and Operations Directors;
  Create succession plans;
  Model Winland's values

• Bachelor's degree (minimum), preferably a master's in environmental science, corporate sustainability, or business management.
• Led multi-site food or beverage manufacturing.
• Deep experience in high-speed packaging and bottling.
• A track record of improving service, cost, and reliability simultaneously.
• Strong people leadership and change-management skills.
• The ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
