Basic PurposeThe Fleet Sales Support Customer Service Representative (Fleet Sales Support CSR) delivers high-quality customer service to members, vendors, and affiliated business partners through both inbound and outbound phone interactions. This role is responsible for supporting fleet sales operations by ensuring fleet accounts are accurately submitted, properly set up, and consistently maintained within internal systems. The Fleet Sales Support CSR serves as a key point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient processing, data integrity, and positive customer experience throughout the fleet lifecycle.
JobFunctions
Provide exceptional customer service to members, vendors, and affiliated business partners through inbound and outbound phone interactions
Ensure fleet accounts are accurately submitted, processed, and maintained in accordance with company standards
Adhere to TVC-provided scripts to ensure professional, consistent, and compliant communication with members
Professionally present and discuss membership options with prospective members, prospective fleet accounts, and sales associates
Accurately complete required paperwork, documentation, and reporting in a timely manner
Respond promptly, accurately, and professionally to inquiries from members, sales associates, and fleet partners
Process fleet-related billing and support requests for assigned accounts
Add and maintain member records within assigned fleet accounts
Handle general customer service calls as needed to support departmental operations
Maintain above-average knowledge of memberships, benefits, and related programs
Maintain strong working knowledge of internal computer systems and applications
Monitor and respond to emails throughout the workday, including communications from managers and supervisors
Accurately and thoroughly document all interactions and updates within internal systems (e.g., Matrix, Salesforce)
Maintain accurate attendance records through proper use of the HRIS system
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for sales associates regarding fleet and membership questions
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs
High School Diploma (or GED) Required
Excellent verbal and written (both typed and handwritten) communication
Highly self-motivated and results oriented
Ability to perform in a high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environment
Strong phone presence and ability to handle a high volume of calls
Ability to collaborate with fellow co-workers
