Position: Temp Administrative Assistant I

Overview

Administrative Assistant. This role supports the Addiction Services Team7s operations, providing administrative and clerical support that keeps programs running smoothly and efficiently. A central focus is supporting and coordinating initiatives funded through the State Opioid Response grant by ensuring seamless communication across the team and with external partners.

Responsibilities
  • Performing data entry, or data uploads (including converting text fields to numeric, troubleshooting and correcting errors).
  • Collaborating with other staff on meeting data requirements for a federal grant.
  • Providing technical assistance and follow-up with providers, as needed for data correction.
  • Staying current on updates or changes from the federal government for this project.
  • Experience with Qualtrics and Excel, and familiarity with federal GPRA or SUPRT surveys would be helpful.

This position is fully grant-funded and is contingent upon the availability of grant funding. Continued employment is dependent on the continuation of funding.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor7s degree,
  • Or four years of technical clerical, administrative, secretarial, or general office work,
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
