Description
Leidos is hiring for Documentation Specialist III (Correspondence Clerk) to support the Federal Aviation Administration’s CARES Registry.
Basic Responsibilities- Operate registry equipment and computer systems to satisfy tasking.
- Complete requests for tasking from internal and external sources either directly or indirectly.
- Monitor digital and physical locations for requests, documents, and digital data for processing.
- Arrange and upload Airmen emailed applications in PDF.
- Closing Airmen Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
- Perform functions for Foreign Verification requests.
- Conducting research on customer requests as needed.
- Flex to different work/task areas as needed to support surge work.
- High school diploma and two or more years of experience.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Working knowledge of incoming documents received by their branch and appropriate processing/routing for them.
- Must have prior knowledge supporting FAA Cares Registry.

Pay Range $41,600.00 - $75,200.00
