About Our Client:Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Contract Administrative Assistant. This role will support a fast-paced team during a period of increased workload, ensuring operational processes remain efficient, accurate, and compliant with established guidelines.
Job Description:The Contract Administrative Assistant will provide critical clerical and operational support to a team responsible for managing provider-related documentation and communications. This position requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage high-volume tasks while meeting strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Enter and upload provider documents into internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing
- Review submitted forms and supporting materials to confirm completeness and resolve minor discrepancies
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems in alignment with internal standards
- Conduct outreach via phone and email to obtain missing information or clarify documentation
- Record and track communication efforts, responses, and follow-up actions within tracking tools or databases
- Generate routine and special reports summarizing workflow progress and outstanding items
- Respond to internal inquiries and assist with preparing correspondence as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent documentation handling practices
- Support scheduling, project coordination, and general administrative functions
- Safeguard confidential information and adhere to all compliance requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Previous experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience maintaining organized records, both digital and physical
- Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
- Contract assignment supporting a busy operational team
- May require an in-person interview
- Standard business hours, Monday–Friday
