About the RoleA healthcare organization in Oklahoma City is seeking an Entry-Level Scheduler to support patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and front-desk operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals to other providers.
- Enter patient information, appointment details, and special instructions into the electronic medical system.
- Maintain accurate provider contact information.
- Follow established site protocols and documentation standards.
- Support front desk operations including greeting patients and answering phones.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Strong customer service background
- Ability to multitask and switch tasks frequently
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in retail, hospitality, call centers, or similar roles is acceptable
- High School Diploma/GED or 10+ years of work experience
- Fully on-site
- Standard business hours:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM - One-round interview (onsite or virtual)
