About Our Client:Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients to identify an Administrative Coordinator to support large‑scale initiatives within a collaborative, cross‑functional environment. This organization is focused on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Job Description:The Administrative Coordinator will support leadership by helping organize, track, and move forward key initiatives. Batter role plays a central part in maintaining visibility into project progress, coordinating schedules, and ensuring tasks and deadlines remain on track. The position requires adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule, organize, and facilitate meetings involving internal teams and external partners
- Track initiative progress, tasks, and deliverables to support timely completion
- Partner with stakeholders to support execution of business initiatives
- Monitor workflow status and communicate updates clearly to team members and leadership
- Collaborate regularly with cross‑functional teams and management
- Work alongside employees to identify and resolve project obstacles
- Prepare status reports, documentation, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Support process improvement efforts and assist leadership with operational needs
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong ability to coordinate work across teams without direct authority
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office tools
- Working knowledge of data analytics concepts preferred
