• Build and manage daily schedules for clients and caregivers, balancing availability, preferences, and urgent changes.
• Respond quickly to call‑outs, reschedules, and emergencies, adjusting the schedule to keep everything running.
• Communicate directly with clients and caregivers to confirm shifts and resolve conflicts.
• Anticipate potential scheduling issues and proactively adjust to prevent disruptions.
• Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and ensure quality care.

• A quick‑thinking problem solver who thrives under pressure.
• Calm and decisive when schedules change unexpectedly.
