Job Description:This role provides administrative and operational support to ensure customer assistance plans are processed accurately and within required timelines. The Administrative Clerk plays an essential role in handling documentation, supporting internal workflows, and maintaining quality standards throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and verify customer documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
- Enter and update information in internal systems and databases
- Assist with processing and tracking customer assistance plans
- Perform quality checks to ensure documentation meets internal guidelines
- Prepare, organize, and send plan-related documents to customers
- Monitor outstanding documents and follow up using internal reports
- Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with reports, documents, and internal systems
- Strong written communication skills
