About The Role
This is not your typical scheduling job. If you enjoy solving puzzles, thinking fast, and keeping multiple moving parts in order, this is the role for you.
As our Home Care Scheduler, you’ll coordinate care for dozens of clients and caregivers each day, handle last‑minute call‑outs, adjust schedules on the fly, and make sure everyone gets the care they need. It’s fast‑paced, challenging, and requires quick thinking, but when you get it right, the entire day runs smoothly. Think of it as Tetris—but with real lives and real schedules.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Build and manage daily schedules for clients and caregivers, balancing availability, preferences, and urgent changes.
- Respond quickly to call‑outs, reschedules, and emergencies, adjusting the schedule to keep everything running.
- Communicate directly with clients and caregivers to confirm shifts and resolve conflicts.
- Anticipate potential scheduling issues and proactively adjust to prevent disruptions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and ensure quality care.
- A quick‑thinking problem solver who thrives under pressure.
- Calm and decisive when schedules change unexpectedly.
- A strong communicator who can manage multiple conversations at once.
- Organized and flexible—able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.
- Curious and adaptable—experience in healthcare scheduling is a plus, but your ability to think creatively and solve problems matters most.
- Every day is different—no two schedules are ever the same.
- You’ll play a critical role in keeping care running smoothly for both clients and caregivers.
- You’ll get the satisfaction of fixing the puzzle when the day throws curveballs.
- Opportunities to grow as you master complex scheduling and logistics.
Think you can handle the challenge? Apply now and show us how you make the schedule work, no matter what gets thrown at you.
