Job Details

As a Senior Tax Accountant, your duties will include but are not limited to:

Preparing and reviewing individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns in a timely and accurate manner.

Providing tax planning and compliance services to clients across various industries.

Researching and resolving complex tax issues.

Assisting with federal, state, and local tax audits.

Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Collaborating with team members to improve client service and efficiency.

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2+ years of experience in tax accounting.

CPA or EA certification is highly preferred.

Proven experience with Corporate Tax Returns, State and Local Tax, Federal & State Tax, and Tax Preparation.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
